Scope of Work for normal servicing:

1.Dismantle Cover ,clean air filter,drain-pan and other other parts with water.

2.Clean drainage -pipe thoroughly.

3.Clean the cross flow fan

4.Wipe the evaporator-coil.

5.Wipe Dry the entire air -conditioner component.

6.assemble air -conditioner component back to original positions after cleaning.

7.Check the operation of motor and Blower

8.Check the operation of evaporator-coil.

9.Check the fan coil unit operation condition and temperature.

10.Check the condensing coil condition.

11.Check the pressure of refrigerant system condition.

12.Check the operation of compressor and fan motor.

13.Check the system running current.
