Ministry of Fitness is a Singapore fitness organisation that aims to educate Singaporean on the importance of maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle. Ministry of Fitness only hires the best personal trainers who have a vast experience and is well qualified to be certified as an expert personal trainer.

At Ministry of Fitness, all our trainers are ACE – certified and have acquired at least 3 years of experience in the field of personal training. Ministry of Fitness aims to provide continual support and proper guidance to every of our clients so that they could develop effective training routine that will lead them to achieve fit and healthy lifestyle. We ensure that every fitness instructors are capable and highly qualified to provide the best training which will help people to achieve their fitness goals.

Also, at Ministry of Fitness, we would like to ensure that our clients are happy and comfortable working with their personal trainers. Therefore, prior to signing up any packages with us, you will be able to meet your personal trainer and interact with them.

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

Personal fitness training is the guaranteed way to get results more effectively. Ministry of Fitness personal fitness trainers understand that every individual is unique and different training methods suit different individuals. 

IPPT/NAPFA TRAINING

The Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) can be a killer if you are not well-trained. Most of you might be facing difficulties to pass your IPPT due to inability to conquer the stations or the 2.4 kilometers run.

‘You are what you eat!’ Our body size is indeed a good reflection of our eating habits. It is impossible to maintain a healthy and ideal weight if we do not put in the effort to exercise and maintain a well – balanced diet.


WEIGHT LOSS : MEN

Generally for men, excess calories are stored as fat, usually starting with the waist and abdominal areas first. There is no magic to lose those fats. You have to put in the effort to sustain a healthy weight. Failure to maintain a healthy weight.
