Price : Competitive Quality of work : The team is capable to do normal cleaning but not quite up to expectation in doing thorough cleaning after Renovation. For instance: The cabinet (especially the lowest shelves still have wood sheds) For toilet cleaning, it is the usual basin, toilet bowl and floor. Windows in the toilet are not cleaned unless being told. One of the rooms were also missed out and not mopped. Professionalism: The Cleaners allocated to work on my request arrived late. Punctuality issue aside, they did not prepare themselves to navigate the route to reach my place. This is not quite acceptable. They do not seem to be competent to handle post renovation cleaning. During cleaning, the team has some dispute and argue in the midst of cleaning. So worried that they will throw the tools or start fighting. Reliable: The dealings with Ken is quite assuring but the experience with the allocated Cleaners are quite unpleasant. They are quite rough in their cleaning (I am constantly keeping a lookout to make sure they don’t damage the flooring). Although the time allocated has not been fully utilised, I decided to release them early and clean up the residual items personally.

Cleaning was subpar as there was a lot of things that were incomplete. As this was a post move out cleaning, I am having a part of my deposit withheld as the owner wanted the place cleaned again. That tells you a bit about the cleaning. I agree that I had provided the wrong address to clean, but they were at the right address within half hour as I booked them a cab myself. They still left many areas of the house without cleaning. Their pricing was above average and cleaning below average leaving the value for money very low. Probably will not contact them again in the future.
