Ms Lee was very quick in her response whenever i reached out to her. And was very helpful in making sure I enjoy the double 12 promotion code. Technician was punctual and knew what they were doing, completed the job smoothly and promptly !

Great response time and very communicative. Was able to identify plumbing issue from photo and provide firm price quote. Team was also on time in showing up to fix my plumping issue. Only comment would be that onsite service team didn’t have great English so took a bit of effort but nonetheless work quality was good.
