Matt from The Clean Up was very committed in the cleaning and came back the next day for touch-up as he was not satisfied with the results. The time taken to clean up could probably be sped up a bit more since it took longer than expected. Probably can get more experienced and more manpower to help out with the cleaning as well. This should speed up the cleaning process. "
"Somewhere between 3 and 4 stars... Very professional contact from Matthew, extremely prompt and quoted a great price for a spring clean (short-term tenants vacated after 3-4 months with little cleaning maintenance). However, they took almost 7 hours to clean (excluding cupboards/closets/pantry) and was little more than a general wipe down and dust (albeit, did a great job behind the washing machine and fridge). Floors only mopped lightly (some drips marks still visible, comes off with gentle scrub), and kitchen surfaces largely neglected (stovetop left dirty, hood column and splashback untouched)... Matthew did return in the evening to wipe down the splashback, but ultimately we asked him to leave the job unfinished as it took him over an hour for the one surface. Price good, and professional, but not reliable for a thorough end-of-lease clean."
