Not highly recommended unless you want to experience disappointment eventually. Initially the response was prompt and the vendor was quite helpful in ensuring the cleaning standards are met with a dedicated female cleaner. But the service levels began deteriorating for subsequent sessions, the coordination and management of schedules were unacceptable - we used to be assigned this female cleaner for every week's cleaning but there was 1 occasion when there was a replacement of the cleaner and an arrangement for the replacement for another female cleaner was made few days before. We were initially ok with it but on the night before the session we were again being informed that the replacement cleaner is not available and they would need to replace a male cleaner instead and certain chore such as ironing cannot be done since the male cleaners are not trained. They claimed that they only had very few female cleaners and the rest are male cleaners. We were disappointed as we were informed at the very last minute for such a major change. The second occasion happened just few hours ago whereby I texted Trazz to confirm my cleaning schedule for tomorrow's session. However, I was notified that the assigned cleaner is not in town and I should be informed by his colleague much earlier, which I did not receive any notificiations at all. I'm not sure what happened but I felt disappointed again that this had happened at the last minute. Overall, I would not really recommend this vendor for long term cleaning services.

Excellent customer service. House was thoroughly clean after my home renovation. Equipment used for example the mop was clean (almost brand new in fact) and the representative even came to inspect that the entire house was cleaned up to standards before leaving. Two thumbs up and would definitely highly recommend!

I wasn’t very happy initially. She took 1 hour to clean one toilet n only scrub the floors n the shower screen. Thereafter I was asked to check first before she proceeds. I went in and the toilet floor inside the shower screen half was not scrubbed. The toilet bowl is not cleaned(I am referring to the outer where the flush is) so she took another hour to clean it. Thereafter she took another hour to clean the other toilet. N the remaining hour for the kitchen n living room floors. My toilet’s mixer wasn’t clean n the place that holds my shampoo n body foam was not cleaned too. I am disappointed as to I have to instruct every part where I want it to be clean when it should be the basic. But I was satisfied with the kitchen n living room. She is very friendly no doubt especially when she sees my baby cry she will try to coax her. Overall I will say that I am not 100% satisfied n not 100% disappointed. Thank you so much for helping me clean up the place.
